1. All warranties are from the manufactures locally distributed or imported. Our supported warranties for the products is only 30 days to 90 days only.  Product may have the longer warranties beyond 90 days on the various parts and functionalities of products not including the abuses define by the manufactures not by us.  We are just a re-seller and a small company.
2. China imports are conceders as surplus and non warranties item are sold at very low cost and as strictly as is basis. Some of our products are sold for Canadian Mexico Caribbean and south American market and will non compliances for the USA, or the countries where it will be exported. All imported products are sold as is, and buy it as surplus on your own risk
3. Scale with manufacture compliances must have NTEP certifications. Non NTEP scales are not legal for trade. For the USA they must have NTEP approvals.  Some scales are marked for NTEP and some are not.  Local Distributors sold us as NTEP and calibrated with class B weights.  We felt that we are not authorized and expert to do so, we can checked the weight as per Class B weights we have.  It is an issue and we want keep away from this calibration and certification,                                                       It is a costly procedure if you want to complies with NTEP law’s
4. Surplus by the manufacturer, EBay, Amazon, Best buy and some others are sold strictly as is. Buy it own your own risk.  No refund, returns or re stocking, some warranted items may required 40% re-stocking fees Plus customer pay the shipping cost.
5. We do not repair any more, equipments and parts are no longer available. Two-way shipping charges are closed US$100.++  + our shipping and handling + shop repair of supplies = to an minimum cost and starting price is US$ 350.00++
6. In case of repair we replace some product at discounted price or replace with old units if available. No warranties or guaranties on old equipment. Only distributor or manufacturer warranties on new units.
7. Any returns without our written permission are conceders as abounded and voluntary return and discarded. Any products left with us for more than 15 days are going to garbage bin or destroyed or lost we are not responsible for after 15 days

Pricings

1. Telephone calls technical support is @ US$ 125. 00 for next 15 minutes. Additional are charge @ US$ 400.00 an hour’s calculated @ nearest hours.  Example 1 hrs 15 minutes are charge US$ 525.00 + US$ 400.00 an hour’s additional for each extra hours.
2. Customer location visits start at US$ 325.00 + US$ 400.00 per hours
3. Cash registers and Pos programming rate are US$ 400.00~ US$600.00
4. Maintenance and service contracts are not and will never be available from us. We tried and  avoid to take responsibilities of any kind

6. Point of sales start at US$ 2,500.00, one terminal, a printer and a drawer with world best software EZ power with little E-mail support and the Winrest software for fast food and restaurants + Two more software with subscriptions price range may go to US$ 5,000.00 per terminals
7. Free POS (Never be free POS trust me) It is a subscriptions with credit cards service rates are 2.49% to 3.98% where the customer will pay. The items you sell at is calculated like cash per gallon or credit per gallons some station sell. And some have the same price for cash or credit.
8. All free Point of sales are subscription base and have a termination fees of as high as US$ 6,000.00 to ten grand + if you are not using it still will pay as high as US$ 200~400 per months. Please check the following, the termination time and fee, Cost of equipment you have to pay at terminations. Risk of withdrawal of money from your deposit bank account you have signed with the credit card agreement
